By downloading or using FeelQuran (“the App”, operated by Diojen Tech FZ-LLC) you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, please do not use the App.
FeelQuran suggests verses from the Qur’an based on the mood you express, and lets you read and listen to them. Suggestions are good-faith spiritual support; they are not a fatwa or religious ruling, and are not professional, medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
FeelQuran is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in crisis, or may harm yourself or others, please contact your local emergency number or a crisis helpline immediately.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the App.
You may use the App anonymously or link an account (Apple/Google/email). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping any credentials secure. The following are prohibited:
Access to the Qur’an and its translation is always free. Optional supporter purchases are billed through the App Store or Google Play; subscriptions renew until cancelled and are managed in your store account. Cancellation and refunds follow the store’s rules.
Qur’an text, translations and audio are provided via Quran Foundation and remain subject to their rights and terms; you may use them only within the App experience. The App itself, its design, interface and software belong to Diojen Tech FZ-LLC. Personal content you create (notes, collections) is yours.
The App is provided “as is”, without warranties. Although suggestions are prepared in good faith and compiled from reliable sources, they do not replace a religious ruling; for personal religious questions we recommend consulting a scholar.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diojen Tech FZ-LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for how you interpret or act upon any content.
We may modify or discontinue the App or these Terms with reasonable notice. If you breach these terms we may suspend or end your access. You may also end your use at any time by deleting your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Ras Al Khaimah), without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country.
