You can permanently delete your account and all your data at any time. The fastest way is inside the app; if you can’t access the app, you can request deletion by email.
FeelQuran is anonymous-first: you don’t need an account to use it. Even so, you can delete all of your data — including data tied to your anonymous identity — at any time. Below are the two ways to delete your account and data, and exactly what gets removed.
You can delete your account and all your data yourself, instantly, from inside the app:
If you can’t reach your device or the app, send your deletion request to [email protected]. We’ll verify your request and delete your account and data within 30 days.
Deletion permanently removes all personal data tied to your account:
Your purchase receipts are held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat; these are outside our control and are managed through the relevant store.
Minimal records we’re legally required to keep (e.g. accounting) may be retained for the required period. De-identified, irreversibly aggregated analytics are out of scope for deletion.
Deletion from inside the app is immediate and permanent. Email requests are completed within 30 days after we verify them.
